To mutually enter into a short term agreement to display, promote, and sell the Food Truck

Product(s) at the Barks and Badges Washoe County K9 Partners event, Sunday, August 02, 2026. 

This is an outdoor event to be held at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park at 1595 North Sierra Street, in Reno. 

Food Truck must supply their own canopy, table(s) and chairs.  No internet or electricity is available. 

Food Truck Space is approximately 30 feet. 

Set up will start at 08:00 am and must be clear of the lane by 09:30 am.  

Food Truck must be set up and ready to operate by 10:00 am.   Event closure and breakdown is 02:00 pm.

I, __________________________________________________ agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Washoe County

and the County Park system including covid restrictions in place at the time of the event.  If applicable, Food Truck is

responsible for their own liability insurance and for sales tax reporting for the event, forms will be distributed

 the morning of the event. 

Food Truck is responsible to turn in tax forms to “Washoe County K9 Partners Booth” before end of event.

 must be received, if applicable, from Washoe County Business License, Washoe County Health,
